While they are relatively safe to take together, it should be noted that the Ritalin LA will increase the effects of any SSRI (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor). Zoloft is an SSRI. So, you may want to check with your pharmacist/chemist to make sure that the doses of each of the medications are compatable for you.
