over the counter pain relievers

Of the many over the counter pain relieves on the market place. excedrin back and body, tylenol PM, etc. is there one that stands out. your opinions

Of everything I have used, I find Aleve to be the most effective, fastest working, and longest lasting (12 hours) of all of them.

It is similar to ibuprofen in that it also helps reduce inflammation and pain.

I have no idea about the chemical composition of all these pills, and how each one may effect different parts of the body, so that part, will require someone else to respond.
