have been on Zetia for a few years. work a lot of nights. sometimes too tired to remember to take Zetia. recently went to different doctor, had blood panel & he wants to switch me to niastan based on a slightly elevated HDL (learned by phone from nurse). unfamiliar w/this drug, side effects, or drug/food interactions. also feel my irregular Zetia dosing may be somewhat at fault. appreciate information on this drug. thanks!
