I could not cut and paste the information from the back of the bottle label off of the company web site.

But it has direct warnings not to use if you have or even have a family hiostry of cardiovascular conmplications, or if you are using any prescriptions or even other over the counter medications.

This is a very, ( very) high caffenine pill, You are not suppose to take any coffee, tea ot cola drinks if you take this either.

All of this info should be directly on the back of your bottle.
(I have condenced or made a summary to direct it to the question in general.

I would strongly ( very stongly) suggest that if you have high blood pressure you work with your doctor for weight loss, to include changing your diet ( which will lower your blood pressure) exercise and he can prescribe medication that will work much better at weiht loss that can work with your other medication.

Copy of the product label can be found at

Hi,
I am not a Doctor; and I, too, strongly suggest talking with a Doctor about this. Only your Doctor can give you Professional advice about the interactions of some medications with others.

I agree; see a doctor. Or if you want a faster response, go to your usual pharmacist or druggist for advice, if that person knows you and has all your medical history on file.
