hello, i found pills in the room of a girl i am fostering i really like her and do not want to cause trouble she says they are nothing but i want to know, it is a small blue pill round and with a ? on one side sometimes she is noticeble energetic and acts unusually but i cant put my finger in it. can anyone help me? please.

sounds like estasy look at her pupils when see is energeyic if she is takind them she will have big pupils also check her pulse it will be fast she might even look funny in the jaw action lots of chewing etc
