Lortab has a peak serum concentration of 1.3 hours and a half-life of 3.8 hours. So for every 3.8 hours of time that has elapsed you will have reduced the level by one-half. I once took a couple Lortab on a Saturday and on Monday had a urine test and it did'nt show up.
