I take one vicodin at bedtime every night, I have a regular prescrption for it, I weight 195 lbs, I have a job interview tomorrow and was wondering how long it takes to leave your system

Lots longer than that, since you take it on a regular basis. But it does not matter, you are allowed prescription mediation, so if you are doing a drug test, just take your prescription with you, and show it to the people doing the test

Unless you have already been offered employment I wouldn't worry about Vicodin (acetaminophen/hydrocodone). Federal law (ADA) restricts pre-offer employment testing to the basic 5 illegal categories of drugs and Hydrocodone wouldn't show up in that type of test.

If you have received a conditional offer then it is a different matter.
