can you give a 21 month old benadryl and tylenol at the same time?

I gave my son, who is 21 months old, benadryl at 5 pm because he has some drainage and coughing. It helped to ease those symptoms. He also has a bit of a fever and I would like to give him a fever reducer. Is it ok to do so? |
