I found a pill round, white markings are sl 433 please someone tell me :confused

I know what this pill is, but because I know what it is I must refrain from giving the answer until I know where it was found and why it is just not flushed immediately.

As most people have seen, i try and answer most questions of this nature but this is a pill you have no business having if it wasnt prescribed to you. It could be extremely dangerous. Please give more info on how you found this but my advice is to get rid of it.
