I'm been having anxiety attacks especially while driving. I've been trying deal with my anxiety without medication, but the fight is getting harder. When I deal one symptom another one arises. So lately I've been taking xanax right before I due to drive home. Speaking with my doctor, she prescribe effexor, has any one had any luck with this medication? I am especially concerned about sexual side effects.

Efexor works good but caused my blood pressure to go up, so i switched to welibutrin. They are not so likely to be habit forming or make you sleepy as xanax. Also Effexor and welibutrin come in a once a day pill, that last 24 hours. But there is no reason why you can't take both, Effexor and then xanax if you need it.
