What could be causing my lower right abdominal pain?
I can't remember the last BM I had. It's been a few days. Also, it feels like my bladder is not fully emptying when I urinate. I drank 16 oz of water, but that didn't help at all. I took 1 fl oz of Tylenol which took away the belly ache and dulled the abdominal pain. But 3 hours later now, it is beginning to wear off and all the pain is coming back. It hurts to even walk, move, sit-up. I don't seem to have a temperature or any other symptoms. I began to feel a little strange yesterday about 2:30 after eating a wrap with fried chicken bites and lots of veggies on it. At 8PM I began to experience the pain I am not experienceing at 6AM again.

This is Sasha11 answering my own question. Had an emergency appendectomy. That's what caused it! Lol
