twin pregnancy confirmation
my daughter had her IUD removed august 17th 2007.
She never got her period after that. WE went to the doctor and they said she has one definite viable egg sac. and then another body of fluid just above that one but the egg sac is not detectible. He said she was only a few weeks along and not to worry, but then they called and asked her to come to the hospital for another more specific Ultra Sound.
She is scheduled there on Wednesday this week. What do you think the other body of fluid could be?

It really could be a number of things....from a twin pregnancy to a blighted ovum just for example.

All we can give are ideas and possibilities, which may or may not be correct in her situation.
