Is there any side effect of doing GYM exercise after meditation

Dear Sir,
I am regularly doing OSHO DYNAMIC MEDITATION for one hour during 6.00am to 7.00 am.Then I start GYM exercise for muscular developement from 7:15 to 08:00 a.m.Would any side effect happenedof doing exercise after meditation.Is it prescribed?

It is better not to do exercise right after meditation.

Some people get in a meditation mode when they exercise. It is common to meditate and walk or lift weights. I can not see what side effects there would be. For my work out program, I like to walk, do my exercises, then an hour of yoga ending in meditation. The reason I like to meditate last is the peace and calmness I feel from yoga and meditation. It is as though I start high speed and end calm. I have tons of energy for the day but a calm energy. Each person knows their body and knows what works. Some people love massage at the end of the day because they sleep better. Some can't have one before bedtime, they get too much energy from it and stay up all night. I believe it is all a personal thing.

I have a side-by-side freezer/fridge. The storage shelves on the freezer door "hit" the mullion wall when closing and the door won't seal, at the top, once shut. How can I adjust the door to get it to seal, even if I can't stop the storage bin from hitting while shutting?:
