My boyfriend says for as long as he can remember that he sometimes has these "spells" where every thing seems to speed up, and make it very hard to focus. He says it does not make things feel weird or make his heart beat accelerate. He also says he's not sure how long they last they just kind of fade. Another thing he said was that the way it felt was very hard to describe. Can you help me at all? We're pretty sure it's not Alice in Wonderland Syndrome. Do you have any ideas or suggestions if he needs medical help?

Perhaps if he could do the asking here, we could ask him more questions. It's difficult enough to help even with the person who is having the problem.
