Pregnancy after a miscarriage

I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago. I was 4 and 1/2 weeks along. I have noticed some tenderness in my breasts again. Is it possible to get pregnant again so quickly after a miscarriage? Many people have told me it is.

Yes it is if you ovulated since your miscarriage and you had sex. It is tricky dating a pregnancy as we will not know your LMP. Take a test and go to your doc. Congrats if you are but if you are not let your body get back to normal before you try again as it will mean you can date a pregnancy easier.
