How do I find hospitals in PA or Md or NJ or Ohio that have peripheral neuropathy clinics? I have a dropped foot ;an EMG shows damage to deep peripheral nerve.

Do you know of peripheral neuropathy clinics or hospitals with that specialty in NJ or PA or MD or Ohio that would deal with a dropped foot (EMG says peroneal nerve damage)
