high alt levels

high alt levels

hi, my wife had a blood test 4 weeks ago, her wbc, alt were high and she was feeling very tired. two weeks later took another blood test, her wbc went down to normal but alt is higher than the first at 116. is it dangerous? or what levels are considered to be alarming?
