Is there anyway to make your nose smaller or have indents without surgery?

It not like outways big but its wide n has like no dints to the side of it n I just hate it. If I have low selfesteem this is why.

Surgery is the only permanent way to change the shape of your nose.

And that's one surgery that I think EVERYONE could do without (unless medically necessary). Having a unique nose is what makes you beautiful!
