Creatine level increase

My creatinine level has increased its 2.3,my uric acid is 10.my blood pressure was 150.but ,I started taking alupurinol for uric acid,I am vegetarian I don't eat protein diet,but I don't know why my uric acid increase,my doc told me to reduce blood pressue,now my blood pressure is 120/86,I start walking,doing exercise,doc told me after 3 week I have to blood test again
For comp metabolic panel w/e gfr,so please tell me what to do to reduce my creatinine level

creatinine level in your blood increases when you have kidney impaired functions, and if you have high blood pressure it will lead in causing further damages to your kidney..in this case it's best to consult a nephrologist who can advise you further and can diagnose the cause of your problems...
