    Continued indigestion
    50 year old female, smoker, slightly overweight, last 4 days continued indegestion, chest pain (middle of chest), middle back pain, nauseous

    I'm guessing you want to know what this could be, because no question was posted.

    Could be a heart attack. Could be something more minor.

    This person needs to see a Physician, because continued indigestion, CHEST PAIN in the middle of the chest, middle back pain and nausea ARE symptoms of a heart attack.

    Trust me - my husband had three.
