3 days typically. need more info, how often do you take, what dose, do you drink plenty of fluids etc.....

agree with crjslick...how big are you, how much have you taken, do you eat/drink/exercise often, etc.

typical answer: anywhere between 3 - 7 days...wait 2 full weeks to be sure.

I'll assume that this is due to prescription use in which case you can show your prescription and you'll be fine.
