What's wrong with me?

I have all the symptoms: minor pain at first, but it became more sharp and severe so bad i couldn't walk and i wanted to vomit. my appetite was reduced and i have nausea, the moved in to my right lower abdomen, Chills, Constipation, Diarrhea, Nausea and back pain. the doctor said it might be appendicitis i did a blood test and that was normal, i don't have STDs or STIs or infections, I'm not pregnant, the doctors don't even know what's wrong with me, can any one help? please i am desperate

more detail i don't have any bleeding or discharge from my Virgina i did have constipation but its fine now i have bowel movements like 3 times a day but i still have pain

Have they done any type of scans of your stomach and area? If not maybe they should to rule out things.

Demand for further investigation is needed.

That is understandable. Just know that stress can aggravate existing symptoms. It will not help in anyway. Easy to say I know. Please let us know if they come up with anything. Good luck (;
