What are these bumps on the back of hand?

They are not painful or itchy.
Had them since last Sunday.
They may be spreading.

Can this possibly be celadine?

Maybe, don't know.

Wash what you were wearing and even your camera body.

Handle the rash with calomine lotion or Benedryl topical lotion.

Update.. 20 days later and I still have them. They're not as raised, but instead the bumps have turned red.

My pointer finger is having littler problems but I just realized it went from 1 to more, no spread out.... I don't know what it is...

I have the same bumps on my hands! and i went to see a doctor... and its just like u. They dont hurt and or itch. But they spread. i use to have it just on one hand but now i have it on both... The doctor had no clue on what it was but i got one bump removed at the are analyzing it. I hope when i have news i will tell you.

I have the same thing i am 29 and this is the first time ever these bumps show up. Please keep us posted on what the doctor tells you.

I have the same thing. When I was younger it was really bad, so I went to numerous doctors who kept referring me to other doctors. It only happens in the spring and summer right? just from being outside?
