It is irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Try changing some of the things you eat.
Cut out junk foods and processed foods, cut down on the amount of meat you eat, eat more vegetables, whole grains *unless you have a gluten problem and organic unsweetened yogurt.
Avoid dairy, sweets, cold foods, fruit juices and oily-greasy foods
IBS is just a term I call a crap bucket. When the docs have no real explanation and cannot offer a diagnosis. they call it IBS. That way they give you a diagnosis but it is just a bucket of crap. All I can tell you to do is limit stress, limit alcohol, limit caffein, illegal drugs, smoking and anything else that can be considered bad for your system. Most important factor is stress as well as your fat intake.
