tiny zit like bumps on arms

for years I have had little bumps on my forearms. Not painful, not rashy. about the size of little zits, but not red at all. just flesh colored. my bet is that they are hair follicles, but....they never go away or get smaller. anyone have any ideas as to what they are and how to get rid of them?

My daughter has the exact same thing. It's very distressing for her to have these. How do you hide them?

I have these as well. ive read that they can be hereditary. i know mine arnt and ive also read that they can go away if you get some sun, but im always in the sun and they never go away. theyre pretty annoying. to make them better, i use a loofah and exfoliating scrub in the shower. i also put lotion on my arms. it makes it better, but they dont go away. facewash works too. i also suppose the dermitologist would perscribe something. good luck.

get a puff and a scrubbing cleanser like st ives appricot srub and wash your arms with that. mine went away along time ago. i was told it was a form of acne by my dr. he told me what to do.

Its called keratosis pilaris (KP) Its usually genetic. You cant really treat it but there are some ways to make it less noticeable. Its usually on forarms and thighs. If you look it up online you can read more about it.
