Swollen lymp node on head

Swollen lymp node on head

I have discovered a lump on the back of my head. It feels as though I have been hit really hard on that area as it feels like a bruise. My doc said it was a swollen lymph node and to keep an eye on it. Should I be worried? Its been there almost 4 weeks.
