Head, Neck and Back Pain?

I am having really severe pain in my head, neck, and back but I am not running a fever or anything. Should I be worried? I kind of feel like I have been ran over by a truck.

yes I do suffer from allergies and I am a little congested but why would that make my back hurt and my neck stiff. My doc is thinking I have chronic pain syndrome or fibromyalgia but not certain yet

You should see your doctor and if he cannot find the problem the doctor should send you to a specialist. When you have allergies and congestion you can get headaches/neck aches from them, I get that all of the time. They can affect your whole body, making you tired, and sick to your stomach. I feel the way you do when I have allergies, however, I am not a doctor. When you feel run down like you have been hit by a truck that can denote an infection or virus- maybe you have a sinus infection? You should be concerned if your doctor cannot give you relief or find the problem, he should run blood tests.
