Sudden Stomach Pain.

Hi , sorry but i am not quite sure how to introduce myself. My name is Lester and i am around 15 almost 16.

I just want to ask about something that happened on a weekend not too long ago.

You see what happen was my parents and i went swimming in the morning. I woke up around 11.30 am , skipped breakfast and headed to the swimming complex.
I swam for about 2 to 3 hours in the pool and maybe sat around 15 mins in the steam room. Then about 4pm , we had our late lunch. I ate fish and chips but once upon finishing it. I felt a sudden stomach pain in my left stomach ( i am not sure if it is around there. The pain spot is about maybe 2 cm from my belly button to the left. ) It was a sharp pain and i rushed to the toilet. I tried to vomit or pass motion but i was only able to vomit a little.
I tried drinking warm water but not much help. The pain did not go off for around 2 to 3 hours. Although now it is not much of a concern , i am afraid it might be serious or a start of something.

Sorry for making this "story" so long-winded and dramatic. I was afraid that i might miss out some vital information on what could have happen to me.
Thank you very much!

make sure that if you are going to exercise and sit in a steam room that your body has plenty of fluids and food on it you were probably just getting weak from not eatting and everything you were doing. Your blood sugar was probably low b/c of the fact that you were not eatting and your were exercising and sitting in a steam room not a good idea next time make sure you eat a least something before hand
