Sudden Sickness after a Long Time

OK So I am a 18 year old college student living in the dorms and I recently became sick. I felt aches all over my body Monday night. I still have aches and I have a minor headache. My roommate thinks it could be mono. I hopes it not though. My appetite is ok and I feel physically tired but not mentally. On top of that I think I have constipation (which is probably separate). If you have specific questions please ask I just want to fight whatever this is because I have a busy school schedule and I don't want to get thrown back on my working out schedule. I rarely get sick and I usually fight things off in a day or two by resting or drinking lots and lots of water. I should continue that right?? no matter what it may be. Ohh the last time I got sick was like a year or two ago

It's not mono because all those symptoms are gone. I feel fine now with the exception of a minor headache lingering
