small red bump

hi, i have a small red bump at the base of my penis i beleive it is from shaving possible pfb. i want to know if this could be an std or is it just an ingrown hair gone bad and if so how do i get rid of this bump?

it's impossible to tell from the internet, if you're sexually active, it may be an STD, if you shave, it my be an ingrown hair. Your best bet would be to see a doctor.
