Small lump just avove penis shaft

Hey,
I'm Dave and i'm just a little worried about a problem i have =/
I'm 15 and i've discovered a small hard lump just above my penis.
Its fairly embarrising but I'm just a bit worried that it might be somthing serious.
The lump is under the skin and is a dark colour and doesn't hurt of itch.

My answer is short and direct : go and see your physician for advice.
This requires a physical inspection by a specialist.
Do that asap. Do not be embarrassed. Even if she is a female.
