sleep issues

This is getting worse with age I cant get to sleep my legs feel like I have to keep
streching them. I cant get comfortable. As soon as I get in the bed i feel itchy.
My pillow is uncomfortable. I get up to pee a bunch of times.
I Get up to try different pillows, change night shirt thinking that I wont itch.
And then my mind wont stop thinking i go threw all these sinarios in my head.
Then when i do finally fall asleep my husbands snoring wakes me up.
I have started sleeping at the other end of the bed so hes not in my face snoring.
I have tried melatonin and tylenol pm. I started taking benadrl to sleep but now I have to take like 3 have even taken 4 just to go to sleep.
Im afraid to start sleeping pills because I know they are addictive.

My ex used to snore when I did spend the night, I also had trouble falling asleep when I was with her. Try a different room one time. You may have trouble falling asleep because you may be worried that you wont get sleep. So try a new room for a night to see if that is it.

Have you ever heard of RLS? Its called Restless Leg Sysdrom. That sounds like one of your problems. Look it up on WebMD.com thats a very helpful website for things. Talk to your doctor about your sleeping problems and concerns about taking over the counter medications. He can give you something that is non habit forming. That stuff that you are taking can be very dangerious when you take it alot.
