i really need treatment for it but i can't get insurance and don't have the money to pay for it, i've had this for about 5 years now and it is worsening
i sleep for 10-17 hours a day and wake up to eat and then go back to sleep i actually dropped out of school because of all the stress this is causing me and i also have migrains which never go away now because of my sleeping disorder
i was just wondering if anyone had some good ideas about getting some energy because of this sleeping thing i get no energy from sleep anymore and it is really weighing me down and starting to scare me

DamnGina - If you have not been tested as described by "CHOUX" then I do not believe you really know what you are talking about. ( I FOR ONE HAS BEEN TESTED< I HAD TO GO THREW TWO DIFFERENT OVERNIGHT STAYS AT A HIGHLY RATED SLEEP STUDY> YOU ARE SUSPOSED TO SCORE BETWEEN 0 & 30 ,I SCORED &* ON FIRST STUDY SO I HAD TO GO THREW 2ND PART. I WOULD STOP BREATHING FOR AS MUCH AS 2 MINUTS AND MY OXYGEN WOULD DROP DOWN TO 68 %. NOW I AM ON A C-PAC PLUS 15 % OXYGEN AT NIGHT (EVERY NIGHT OR WHEN I EVEN TAKE A NAP ::!! NOW TELL ME I DONT KNOW WHAT IM TALKING.:::!!! AND for your information ( ANY HOSPITAL THAT RECEIVES FEDERAL FUNDS " CAN NOT REFUSE ANYBODY CARE BECAUSE THAT CAN"T PAY :::"!!!! GOOD LUCK & GOD BLESS::: F.B.E.

Wondergirl agrees: Going through a sleep study is important, yes, but at her age, if she snores, wakes up feeling like she didn't get a wink of sleep, being very dry, wakes up during the night gasping for air, sweating during the night, she very likely has sleep apnea.

Meterre - YES I think you should go and have a sleep study made,I believe that it will be a very vaulable information, that you will receive, you have some of the symtoms that I had. There is really nothing to it ,about 8 or 9 pm you go to sleepwiyh a lot of wires hooked up to you in different places and you are monertered all night by licensed tech. and watched very close for any tooubles that might arise. and in a couple days you get results. you can have family doctor set it up or like a speclist like my lung doctor set mine up,. MY advise to you or anyone ,ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY AS THE SAYING GOES > GOOD LUCK & GOD BLESS IF I HAVE HELPED YOU RATE MY ANSWER BELOW ::::: F.B.E.
