Shoulder Blade Sharp Pain

[F][SIZE="4"]Hi,

I've searched online recently and didn't find what I need to know about the sharp pain I have in my left shoulder blade. It feels like the arc of my shoulder blade is cutting the muscle as if it were as cerated knife. It really hurts sometimes so bad I can't hardly move because of the immense pain. It went as far as making my left collar bone ache just as bad and made me feel like I had a hand choking me,because the feeling in my throat felt constricted and my chest felt like I had a weight laying on it. It actually felt like my arm was out of socket,even though I didn't do any strenuous activities. What could be the reason my shoulder blade aches me so bad? Help!

If your pain is lasting more than 20 minutes or are having trouble breathing, you should go to the E.R.
Otherwise, try to see your MD asap. You could have injured your shoulder and not realize it.
There's all I can recommend with no age or health history.
