Sharp pains in side

Sharp pains in side

When I breath in and out (mainly only with deep breaths) I get a sharp pain in my right side. I had a liver biopsy like 2 months ago, but I don't think that has anything to do with it.. any one have any ideas about what might be wrong with me? I have had a cough, and I do smoke but not very much. And my pee is clowdy.
