mystery symptoms?

i already posted this under alternative medicines, but thought i'd post it here as well,

any help with possible causes or alternative treatments for this?

i've been having muscle aches (mostly in arms) for the last 3 days, some elbow and knee joint pain, and back pain as well. also in last 3 days feeling very lethargic (i have hypothyroidism, but am on medication), tired, a little blurry. have been sleeping well, no symptoms of a cold or the flu. no changes in diet or lifestyle, except that in i haven't had coffee in last 2 days, though i'm not a big coffee drinker.

any ideas? thank you!

You have to get plenty of exercise....go out for a brisk walk or ride a bicycle.

When I gave up coffee, I had terrible withdrawal symptoms for two weeks, and I mean terrible. You could be having mild withdrawal from caffeine. Exercise.

I need the whole picture painted for me before I can begin to formulate an answer for you. Okay?

How old are you?
How long have you had hypothroidism?
What medication/s are you on? How many milligrams per day?
