Sexual! Very important!

About two months ago I had sexual intercourse with my significant other and I had the worst pain possible in my lower adomen. I had to make him stop, I got dizzy, felt like I was going to vomit, light headed, I couldn't even sit up it hurt so bad. When I pressed down on my lower adomen area it hurt. The pain subsided after about a hour. The same pain occurred about a week ago. It was horrible pain, felt as if someone shoved something way too far up there and it was hitting something inside of me. The same symptoms as last time.

I haven't had my period in a month, took 2 pregnancy tests and all of them were negative.

Breast tenderness, painful to touch

Weight gain

Still hurts to press down on my lower adomen

I am unusally tired

Please help! Thank you!

Please go to a doctor as soon as possible. Severe pain is one of those signs that means you need to be seen right away. You've had this problem for two months. Don't wait any longer. It could be something as harmless as mittelschmerz--the pain some women get when they ovulate--or it could be something serious. You need to get checked out in case you have something serious such as appendicitis. See if they'll see you today or tomorrow.
