6 lesions on my liver, cyst on my R kidney

6 lesions on my liver, cyst on my R kidney

I had an extensive ct scan done on my pelvic and abdominal yesterday and the results showed 5 lesions on my lower left lobe and 1 lesion on my right lobe and 1 cystson my R kidney. Can anyone help me understand this a little better. I have four days till I see my gastro specialists.
