I am having right upper quadrant pain but I had my gallbladder removed almost 4 years ago and it is worse sometimes than most but when I have the pain I am nauseated also and have the diarrhea and everything like I am having a gallbladder attack. Why? it sucks I thought if I had my gallbladder removed it would get better I hurt but I am not a sick
