Right shoulder blade pain

I'm am 16 I have pain around my right shoulder blade, what shall I do?

The typical process is to take hot baths/showers, rotate your shoulder and neck to see if you can relieve a possible pinched nerve or tight muscle while still warm, take ibuprofin or tylenol or aspirin, use heating pads with moist heat (washcloth) in between, a rub like Bengay, and gentle exercise.

A massage might help. A chiropractor if no relief. He or she might refer you to an MD if they can't help, but usually they are VERY good for pinched nerves.
