red dots around bites

Hi,about a week ago i got eaten up by mosquitos and i haven't been messing with them but now i have little red dots around them.they will go away and a couple hours later they will come back, what the heck is going on!!??
And another question about a month ago i noticed a patch of skin that was bubbled looking.so i told my mom and she didn't know what it was.then the next day i scratched it and boom just like that red dots were ALL OVER that spot!!!but i didn't tell my mom about it.then a couple days after that i noticed another one on my right hand by my wrist and as of today it is still there and little red dots are all over it.and i am VERY white and this bump looks orange on my skin.Does anyone know what either one of these things are?

At first it sounded like it might be Lyme disease (bullseye mark) but I'd think you'd notice if there had been more ticks. After reading all your post it doesn't sound like insects. More like toxin, as in plant, or maybe an allergy to something. Been around any new plants or skin products?

Sorry I didn't get back sooner - prob connecting. I think seeing a dermatologist might be a good idea.
