pins and needles

2years ago i started to get a sharpe pain in my left shoulder blade it shot thru in stages like sharp daggers,it moved around the shoulder area in differnt times of the day with no pattern,it then moved in under my rib cage area and adventually into my left breast. which then only went into my ribs and breast after that. could be 4 -3mins could go 4 a hour or two.could be 2-3days could be a week unpredictable with no pattern. after a year of it doing one day i got a strange feeling in my right arm my arm went numb then i got intence pins and needles in my hand it then spread slowly up my arm and then my hand went ice cold. i moved my arm around for ages it lastest 2ish hours of numbness with pins and needles and really bad poor circulation . now after 2 years i get the pain in my ribcage and breast left side and pins and needles in my left hand and arm.... im worried and having problems with doctors to reconise what it is. i thought i had breast problems because of this should i see someone? i also have got numbness in my left side of face for about the same time but again at differnt times no pattern on and off lots and alittle, manly alot but i have had to learn to live with it ,it doesnt stop me from doing things but im always uncomfortable which means unhappy are they connected?

It could probably be a number of things.
I get sharp stabbing pains occasionally but don't know what they are either.
One thing I can tell you besides a doctors visit change your diet. Eat healthier and cut out soda, junk food and foods with a lot of preservatives. Try eating more homecooked type meals and organic. Eat more fruits and vegetables for the anti oxidents.

It could be something as simple as one of your vertebra touching a nerve. A chiropractor may be able to help.

N0help4u agrees: excellent choice of drs to make. one that is into alternative meds is the best. they can see if it is more than the nerve.
