Pimple like bumps on finger/very sore/itchy/swollen on finger.

It started with 2-4 tiny pimple like bumps on my finger. Then it started to get really, really itchy, swollen and very painful. It is starting to get a red spot on it. I had this once before, a few years ago, but this time is worse.

Have yoou been around any poisonus plants like poison ivy?

Contact dermatitus?

Calomine lotion will help dry out the pimples and Benedryl or a cortesone creame will help with the itch

I kind of have the same thing. On my fingers. Except they don't swell.... They get blistery, itchy, and when I pop them, watery stuff comes out and that's it. I would tell you to go to the doctor. Mine is caused from cleaning with Tilax bleach with out using gloves. Also use byendral (don't know if I spelt that right) ointment.
