Yea sometimes, it depends on the extent of the cancer and where it hurts.
How long has it hurt?
If there are lumps then that is alomst a sure sign (weather it's benign or not who knows?).
Some women also get painful breasts around that time of the month too, so it's often hard to tell what it is.
If it hurts bad enough then go see a doctor, there are many things that it could be so becareful and get it checked out.

While many doctors believe that breast cancer is not painful, I am here to tell you, from personal experience, that yes, breast cancer can be painful.

If you are experiencing pain and have found a lump, please have it checked out.
