Painful lump

Yesterday I went for a drive with my friend and we were going up and down a lot of hills which caused my ears to pop a lot (about 20 times in 10min) Now I have a very painful lump on my jaw and neck just below my left ear. Could this be fluid from my ear from it popping so much or what? I can't see my dr. till Wed.

Well...there are SO many different things that can cause a painful lump right underneath the ear, most of them have to do with inflammation of your lymph nodes. It can range from something as minor as a small infection...to lymphoma. I suggest you get it checked as soon as possible. If you have any other symptoms, such as breathlessness, chest pains, etc., call your doctor immediately.
