pain in stomach

ive had bad pains in my stomach under my ribs and across the pain is worse when im walking and it also swells up wht can it be as im really worried ts something bad

im not sure i eat all different things this hasnt stopped me from eating and ive not lost any weight

And any potential chemicals you can think about that may be present in the things you eat. Eg sweets, chocolates, etc...?

im not sure they have tested my blood and i should find out in a couple of days,could it be some thing serious

If my previous post is correct, then it may be an excess of acid in your stomach. Or else, if this was combined with stress, or prolonged, this may be an ulcer. Hope that's not it. Wait for the results of your doc.
