Pain Penis

I have had penis pain for nearly a year now and foul smelling urine. I felt a small lump inside my wife's vagina and she is constantly itching herself. What could we possibly have?
My wife hasn't had any testing. I have had the following:
Many urine cultures - negative
a couple of swab tests - negative
2000mg zithromax
100mg 2x a day of Doxcycline for 5 days
2000mg flagly
with and without contrast dye testing for kidney function.
What could we possibly have? Could these be 2 separate conditions?

Shge needs to see a Physician - you are operating on tests on half of what could be the problem.

I agree with Judy. I hesitate to say that this could be an STD, since you're both experiencing symptoms. But that's just a guess, which is the only thing we can provide here.

You both need to see a doctor, together and separately, and explain what's going on.
