    Pain in both upper thighs and groin when I wake up
    When I sleep on my stomach these days I wake up with pain in both my upper thighs and this extends to groin area.It disappears when I change and sleep on the side for about 10minutes. I have sllept on my stomach since childhood. What could be the cause of this pain. I has been like this for the last three weeks.
