Numbness in tip of tongue, lips and 3 middle fingers on right hand

My husband is experiencing nunbness on the tip of his tongue and his lips whenever he eats. He is also having numbness and some pain in his 3 middle fingers on his right hand. He isn"t on any medications and has not injured his hand ot burnt his mouth. Please help! |
