I'm not sure what condition I have, but I have intense nocturnal itching w/out bumps, rash, or any other signs of bite throughout the month. The extreme itching is on the palm of my feet and hands. I think it's hereditary because my parents have allergic rhinitis and skin conditions. I also have allergic rhinitis and skin condition. I did some research and I'm thinking it's some type of skin conditions like atopic dermatitis. My lab values also show high levels of eosinophils (same w/ my parents). High eosinophils may indicate some type of inflammation or chronic allergic reaction.

Antihistamines like claritin , benadryl, or doxyamine (Unisome) are pretty useful along with use of lotions. However, I don't think continuous use of medication is good because there are side effects involved with long term use.

Please reply if you have any other information. I'm hoping that it's just a condition and not anything serious.
